We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties your country imposes. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

US orders are subject to import duties and taxes. To keep delivery smooth and avoid surprise charges on arrival, our US shipping rate includes an estimated import fee. This means you will not be billed by customs when your package arrives in the United States.

 

ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.

 

ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-5 business days. 

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for deliveries, any delivery issues must be handled with delivery service because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.

To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Lowkey clothing and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package.
