Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- 0-10 days after receiving your order: Full refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping label cost and 10% processing & restocking fee)

10+ days after receiving your order: No longer eligible for returns
- Lowkey does not cover the shipping cost for items that need to be returned for a refund.
- Once we receive the item, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days
- ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE NO RETURNS.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lowkeyclo1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund.
