SHIPPING

  • All pre-made AUS/NZ orders will be delivered within approximately 3-5 Working Days. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and then ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order. The average overall delivery time is 1 week.

  • There may be additional shipping times if there are issues with our fulfillment center and manufacturers, but please be assured that you will get your orders.

 REFUNDS
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at lowkeyclo1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send it to us without contacting us first.

  • Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you will have to place a new order.

  • We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
  • Please also note that refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, which is non-refundable. However much it costs for shipping this fee will then be deducted from your refund.
 
SHIPPING PROVIDER
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER. 
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
  • In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
