All pre-made AUS/NZ orders will be delivered within approximately 3-5 Working Days. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and then ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order. The average overall delivery time is 1 week.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lowkeyclo1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send it to us without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you will have to place a new order.
